In what languages are consultations conducted?
English and Dutch. You discuss your health in your own language, with nothing lost in translation.
How do consultations work?
Three ways, your choice: a secure private video call from anywhere in Spain, a discreet concierge home visit across Marbella, Estepona, Puerto Banús and the wider Costa del Sol, or an in-clinic appointment at a private partner setting on request.
How quickly will I get a response?
Enquiries are answered personally, usually the same day, by WhatsApp, form, email or phone.
What does it cost?
Care is personalised, so pricing depends on your situation and is discussed transparently after your initial consultation. There are no hidden fees and no pressure; you will know exactly what everything costs before deciding anything.
Can you issue private prescriptions?
Yes, after a proper consultation and always at the physician's clinical discretion, never automatically. Established treatments such as hormonal therapy, thyroid, blood pressure or cholesterol medication can often be continued. Do you see patients outside the Costa del Sol?

Who leads the care?
A doctor double board-certified in Endocrinology and Hospital Medicine. Care is prescribed and monitored by the specialist personally, never delegated. More on what specialist-led care means.
Is TRT safe?
Under proper medical supervision, testosterone therapy is considered safe for most men with diagnosed low testosterone. The key is monitoring: estradiol, hematocrit, PSA and cardiovascular markers are followed closely throughout treatment. We have written about this in depth: is testosterone therapy safe?
Do you sell peptides, NAD+ or supplements?
No. On these topics we provide education and counseling only. We do not sell or supply peptides, NAD+, supplements, or any products.
How discreet is the service?
Discretion is the default. Consultations are private, home visits are unmarked and unhurried, and your information is handled in full confidence.
How do I get started?
